Dedicated to your health, independence, and abilities
Waiver Services are service options available to people in addition to services covered by Medical Assistance. These services aim to help people with specific needs or diagnosis. Minnesotans with disabilities or chronic illnesses who need certain levels of care may qualify for these services.
We are currently taking referrals for:
- CADI Waiver – Community Access for Disabled Inclusion (CADI) aims to help children and adults under 65 years of age with a disability in the community have access to appropriate health care and support services.
- Elderly Waiver – Elderly Waiver (EW) provides home and community-based services for seniors age 65 and older who are eligible for MA (Medical Assistance) that requires help and assistance.
- Alternative Care – Alternative Care (AC) is a state-funded program that supports particular home and community-based services for eligible Minnesota residents age 65 and older.
- Brain Injury – Brain Injury (BI) Waiver helps to provide appropriate health care and support services in the community for persons who have suffered a traumatic brain injury.
We provide these services in our 24-hour customized living facilities in and around the Twin Cities. We also offer community-based ICLS services, homemakers, and companion services. If you have any questions about these waiver services, please feel free to contact us.
